Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery of your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact
  • The product must be in resalable condition
  • A valid order ID / invoice must be provided

Funkify reserves the right to reject any return/exchange request if the product does not meet the above conditions.


2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products purchased during sale / clearance / promotional offers (unless received damaged or defective)
  • Innerwear, socks, accessories, or hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)
  • Customized / personalized products
  • Gift cards / vouchers
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or washing issues

3. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • A wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [care@funkify.in/9354388301] with:

  • Order number
  • Clear unboxing video
  • Product images
  • Packaging images

Once verified, we will offer:

  • Free replacement, or
  • Store credit / refund, as applicable

Note: An unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to damage, missing items, or wrong products.


4. Exchange Policy

We offer size exchanges subject to stock availability.

Exchange Conditions:

  • Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Exchange is allowed only once per order/item
  • If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer:
    • Another available size
    • Store credit
    • Alternative product (if approved)

5. Return Policy

If your order is eligible for return, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Important:

  • Returns are subject to quality inspection
  • Once the returned item passes inspection, the refund will be processed as:
    • Store credit, or
    • Refund to original payment method (if you want to allow full refunds)

6. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product received is defective
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Return approved but replacement unavailable (if applicable)

Refund Timelines:

  • Prepaid orders: Refund processed to original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval
  • COD orders: Refund issued as store credit or via bank transfer/UPI within 5–7 business days
