Funkify reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of the website, products, services, pricing, or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any such changes.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, sizing, and pricing are accurate. However:

Minor variations in color, wash, print, stitching, or finish may occur
Product colors may appear different due to screen settings and lighting
Such minor variations shall not be considered defects

All products are subject to availability.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. Funkify reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

Stock unavailability
Payment failure
Pricing or listing errors
Suspicious or fraudulent activity
Incomplete or unverifiable shipping details
Failed COD verification

If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice. Funkify reserves the right to correct pricing errors and modify or withdraw offers, discounts, and promotions at any time.

Payment options may include prepaid methods and Cash on Delivery (COD), where available.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped as per our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, serviceability, public holidays, weather, or other operational factors beyond our control.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed strictly by our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

Exchanges are subject to eligibility and stock availability
Refunds are only available in approved cases
Claims for damaged, wrong, or defective products may require an unboxing video and product images within the specified timeline

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available only on eligible pin codes and selected orders. Funkify reserves the right to apply COD charges, verify COD orders, or restrict COD access in cases of repeated order refusal, RTO, or suspicious activity.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to product images, graphics, logos, brand assets, designs, videos, text, and creative materials, is the exclusive property of Funkify and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the website, place fraudulent orders, abuse COD or return policies, interfere with website functionality, attempt unauthorized access, or violate any applicable laws.

Funkify reserves the right to restrict access, cancel orders, or take appropriate action in case of misuse.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Funkify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, delays in delivery, third-party service disruptions, or product misuse.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
