Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days from the date of order confirmation. Please note:
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During sale periods, festive seasons, limited drops, or high order volume, processing may take slightly longer than usual.
2. Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
- Non-Metro / Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–8 business days
- Remote / Special Service Areas: 5–10 business days
Please note that delivery timelines are estimated only and may vary depending on courier partner serviceability and external factors.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email / SMS / WhatsApp update
- Your tracking link / AWB number
Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking updates to reflect on the courier partner’s system.
4. Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Courier partner operational delays
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- High-volume sale periods
- Regional restrictions or disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer
5. Failed Delivery Attempts / Return to Origin (RTO)
If a delivery attempt fails due to any of the following reasons:
- Customer unavailable
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Unreachable phone number
- Refusal to accept the order
- Multiple failed delivery attempts
the order may be marked as Return to Origin (RTO) by the courier partner.
In such cases:
- Re-shipping of the order may be subject to additional shipping charges
- COD orders refused without valid reason may result in COD restrictions on future orders
- Funkify reserves the right to decline future orders from accounts with repeated failed deliveries or RTO history
